I thought this album referenced a lot of darker themes than what the major-y riffs imply. I think the song Corpse Master is about death and killers. Leonard Lake, a serial killer who killed himself made tapes and in one of the tapes says that he thinks his violent thoughts are winning. I don't think that's necessarily what this song means but it's what I think of having seen tapes of him with a victim. Especially "we're so alone with you and it's unclear what we should do" and" I can't but I know, I know, that I will..."
I'm probably wrong about the meaning but I always listen to this album with the fucked up shit people do to each other in mind.
