Melting Ice Lyrics
Sailing to a distant port
To meet your reflection on some desert shore
Running up the coast
I walk out of your ghost
Hide you not seek you or flee here I must
Before you can melt down my iceberg of trust
Passing clouds hold on to the shadow
Melting ice leaves nowhere to go
Sailing to a distant port
To meet your reflection on some desert shore
I tried to keep your heart
Burning down bridges to break from the past
Hide you not seek you or flee here I must
Before you can melt down my iceberg of trust
Passing clouds hold on to the shadow
Pouring light on an ancient shipwrecks
Passing clouds hold on to the shadow
Melting ice leaves nowhere to go
Driving through the rain
And playing the odd game
Hide you not seek you or flee here I must
Before you can melt down my iceberg of trust
Passing clouds hold on to the shadow
Melting ice leaves nowhere to go
Passing clouds hold on to the shadow
Pouring light on an ancient shipwreck
Passing clouds hold on to the shadow
Pouring light on an ancient shipwreck
Passing clouds hold on to the shadow
Melting ice leaves nowhere to go
To meet your reflection on some desert shore
Running up the coast
I walk out of your ghost
Before you can melt down my iceberg of trust
Melting ice leaves nowhere to go
To meet your reflection on some desert shore
I tried to keep your heart
Burning down bridges to break from the past
Before you can melt down my iceberg of trust
Pouring light on an ancient shipwrecks
Passing clouds hold on to the shadow
Melting ice leaves nowhere to go
And playing the odd game
Before you can melt down my iceberg of trust
Melting ice leaves nowhere to go
Pouring light on an ancient shipwreck
Passing clouds hold on to the shadow
Pouring light on an ancient shipwreck
Passing clouds hold on to the shadow
Melting ice leaves nowhere to go

My favourite Ladytron song!
I think it's about a girl trying to escape her ex-boyfriend. She always goes back to him, but it always ends up going bad and she has to run again.
Probably the craziest interpretation ever, but this could be viewed as an ode the the series "LOST" which ended in May 2010. They would've been creating songs for their Gravity the Seducer album at this point, which was released 9/12/2011.
