Judging by the interview of the screamer up online, im guessing this song is talking about a man who has been a believer for a little while, but he's having a really hard time still believing God exists. He wants an answer, and I'm sure he gets it by the end of the album..

Well according to Micah (screamer) like giggity stated, the whole concept of the album is about a father who believed in god, but then as in "Endseeker" god left him and he lost all faith... and his daughter, who was previously atheist, is now searching for answers and in turn, searching for belief in God. I believe this to be her along that path to believing, but she is still filled with many questions and hesitation as many christians face.
what strikes me is the "will the dead embrace you if you never gave them the means to believe?"
what i hard question for a christian to answer.. why would god put anyone on this earth, give them their brains, put them in their situation, knowing that they would not choose to follow him. it seems that everyone is only just doing what they think is right, or trying to survive, if that doesn't include jesus, then they're damned to hell for eternity? seems like harsh judgement for not taking the word of a book that has been tampered with, and was written by man thousands of years ago.

God knows our life from beginning to end because since He created Time, He exists out of it, and He is omniscient (all-knowing). Right and wrong are absolute truths that are spelled out in the Bible which was inspired by God (1Timothy 3:16). Most people do know what is right and what is wrong, though. And like I said, God inspired the Bible. He literally told these men what to write down, that's why we call...

Seemingly these lyrics are about Jesus Christ finally being the one who gives the means to believe. With the Ten Commandments as laws, they were no longer applied to who believes in Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and God. Reason why is because Jesus Christ died for our sins knowing what will His death become; a means to believe.
