Chicago Lyrics
The last words of our love lost. (of our love lost)
I called your hands home for years, for years, for years, for years on end.
It's become distant and I hate my helpless defiance. No....
You have no problem finding me, although you only commit unintentionally. (unintentionally)
I do it for the Lord, I do it for Chicago.
I once lived for you, and I've never ever been
so wrong (wrong), wrong, so wrong (wrong), wrong.
We keep building, building to find no release.
It's become distant and I hate my helpless defiance. No....
I once lived for you, and I've never ever been
so wrong (wrong), wrong, so wrong (wrong), wrong.

pretty sure this is about mike's ex-girlfriend jade. she lives in chicago and they dated for a long time, like 4 or 5 years at least, i think. apparently he's with a different lady now.
Also, Mike is from Chicago. It really seems like they went through a messy break up. A few songs on this album seem to be about that, like Forever Decay.

Not sure on the interpretation, but my favorite song on the album.
Um...these are the lyrics for Constance...not Chicago...
