For me, the best song of the album!It's about picturesque depiction of one moment just like Monet drawings.

Every time i listen to this song it reminds me of how my friends and I would struggle to go find a place to smoke (cannabis). "Oh, to be high on the mountainside Oh, to be high on the mountainside" I mean who doesn't like getting stoned on the mountainside, the view must be spectacular. "Maybe all the wolves could lose my scent and I could stay here for a while" I'm assuming he hopes that the wolves (the police) don't catch his scent (cannabis)

its either that or maybe the mountainside is place where he can escape the wolves in his head like stress and painful memories. i like the cannabis idea better though because i can relate to it.
