"I hate you don't leave me" is the title of a seminal book about Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Based on the songs lyrics, the song's protagonist clearly has this disorder, a serious mental illness that afflicts 2% of the population. It is a common diagnosis for women with mental illness. One of the key components of BPD is a serious identity disturbance which often leads to confusion about sexual orientation. Kesha is a bisexual and called herself and her family "batshit crazy" on at least one occasion. (Conan O'Brien show - Oct 16th, 2013). From what I know of the illness and what I know of the illness, Kesha is likely suffering from the disorder. Demi Levato has a song with the same name and it is also clearly about BPD.
