Yellow Missing Signs Lyrics

(now I'm gonna tell you about Missouri)

somebody in this town knows where you've been
somebody on your street isn't talking again

I'm your friend
still missing

yellow missing signs
faded from all this time
I need to know
where'd you go?
I'm still looking
three missing women, never forget

some people say that you're buried in a parking garage
some people talk just to hear themselves speak all night long

I'm your friend
still missing

yellow missing signs
faded from all this time
I need to know
where'd you go?
I'm still looking
three missing women, never forget

take it, take it, take it...
take it all, take it all...

I'm your friend
still missing

yellow missing signs
faded from all this time
I need to know
where'd you go?
I'm still looking
three missing women, never forget

Cover art for Yellow Missing Signs lyrics by Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin

Parts of this song are about three missing women from Springfield, Missouri, (known as "The Springfield Three") who disappeared in June of 1992. The case remains unsolved, but some information points to their bodies being buried beneath a medical center parking structure on the city's south side, hence the line in the song about the parking garage. They are still missing today.
