The song could be most likely about drugs from the lines “lord you know I’ve tried them all” or it could mean that he tried all of the so called “solutions” to help his mental health and is trying to get help from people who have no idea what is going on inside of his head specifically ask for doctors help. I don’t know I am just rambling
