I'm guessing this song is about someone that is not the same person you knew them as, and you're trying to figure out what happened.

To me, it's about when someone gets caught up in drugs. Drugs changes a person, their habits, who they are, and how they act. My brother got tangled in drugs four years ago, and he was never the same, I dont even remember what he used to be like. This song is talking about that, he saying, "youre freaking me out, who are you?" because this person changed and is totally different. I really like this song...
