From my understand this song originated from when they were a youngish band and they wanted to distinguish themselves from all of the other local bands.

IE FOD, Circle Shit etc where all other bands and they wanted people to know that - hey we are the fucking Milkmen not these other (crappy) bands!

Great, short, sweet punk song.
