I think he says "You tripped all our blotter, and went out for a ride" not "tricked our brother, and went out for a ride". Would keep more in line with all the drug references.
I don't know what nanny pills are.
I believe he says "Time lapsed rotten banana peels". I don't know if it's true, but I've always heard you can get high off banana peels. This makes more sense than "nanny pills".
