The "aircraft out of control" line makes me think this is the final thoughts of a plane passenger right before it crashes. They think of their significant other: a wave of endorphins (sex), a cold shoulder (rejection), a mighty blow to the back of the skull (the impact of the plane).
Part of me thinks "aircraft out of control" is a metaphor for a state of mind, but I think I like it the more literal way, though I'm sure it's not meant to be taken literally, as most lyrics aren't.
Also, back in the day, people would sprinkle oil onto the heads of their guests as a sign of welcoming and blessings, so I'm sure that also has something to do with it.

"blow to the back of the skull" is typically a surprise attack, or sudden realization. And "Pour more oil", as in adding more fuel to the fire of self-destruction.
