Two, I don't really fully get the song, but basically these people broke up and this girl keeps aggravating the guy to cause drama and talks shit about him, but he won't stand for it so he's settling the score and he hopes she's nervous now.

Personally, I believe this song is about the people who hated their band. He/They are saying when Kellin sings, "Keep believing that we've given up, we're not giving in. I promise this is personal." The band means so much to them and if you mess with the band then you are messing with the each and every single band member. Yet, the haters can keep on believing the band will give up their talent, but they won't. Then it goes on to say you'd thought we'd sit here quietly, while you keep running your mouth. They mean, they won't put up with all the bulls**t lies everyone is making up about them. It says WE not I a lot of times and they're, not just one person, speaking to the person/group.
