This song seems to be about radical acceptance. The video also supports this. Something that seems horrible or overwhelming happens and you think your life is over. But it\'s a second coming. You have to decide to go on even when it seems impossible. It\'s not supposed to be this way (devil in the church) and this is gonna hurt because radical acceptance or accepting that things are truly changed can be a painful process. You will likely scream and shout about the unfairness but at some point you will have to deal with it. You may think of suicide or a self inflicted murder but you rise up against your fate (faith cause fate is a loaded term). Hell is what you make it is if you just allow yourself to rail against the injustice and wallow in your misery you have made your own hell. You know the truth that what you perceived as important before things changed, aren\'t. You can hide away (keep your secrets in the shadows) but you will miss out on the things that make life worth living. Most people choose to either run or avoid their truth by using drugs etc (getting numb) but that doesn\'t solve the problem.\nThe video is a beautiful collection of people that have had to accept their differences and be ok with it. \nI could be wrong but this song really resonates with me as I try to experience my own radical acceptance. This is gonna hurt so just accept it as quickly as possible and live your life the best you are able.
