at the end, i think Slug is actually saying he's missing the person he's talking to When he says "There are no tears, next to your name here" maybe he's got a tattoo or something of that person's name and he hasn't gotten rid of it because he still cares or maybe "here" is his heart and the person is still in his heart, but he's not gonna cry over her, even though she's still in there

Love this song, I just find it funny with Slug's sarcasm and I can relate

I think he runs into and old friend that probably did drugs and partied with him. He gets away from those people and only keeps good people around now. And remembers all the bad shit about his life at that time. He's glad to have seen him as a reminder of that life but, doesn't want anything more to do with him or her.
