In regards to the meaning of this song:
Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.”
That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

Well Party Rock is actually a type of cocaine famous during the disco period. This song could be all about using cocaine while in the club.
That theory is supported by "No Lead in our Zeppelin" <br /> it isn't talking about Led Zeppelin but instead about their "air ship" not being weighed down by lead (i.e. being high)

This is a FUN song. I love the beat and can't stop moving to it whenever I hear it over the car's radio. It reminds me of 80's music....good dance music; upbeat sound; higly techno w/ lyrics; etc. FUN FUN FUN....can't beat this kind of music in a club when the reason you're there is to DANCE !

Led Zeppelin took their name from the expression, "...will go down like a lead balloon". There was always an irony to using a name associated with a negative description of their prospects of success. The success and talent of the band don't make any difference to the laws of gravity - a balloon made of lead isn't going to go up! Since the LMFAO line starts "On the rise to the top...", the reference to the 'lead balloon' expression is fitting. Of course, LMFAO could have used the word 'balloon' instead of 'zeppelin', but I think it's supposed to be a parody of rap's overuse of cultural simile, rather than a slur directed at Led Zepp.
