I'm no genius but it sounds like she caught her boyfriend cheating on her and vows that he'll be begging down at her feet for forgiveness. Poor guy, shouldn't have gotten caught.
I think that this song is about a guy who told a girl he liked her and wanted to be with her and she gave up her time to be with him. But then she realised that he is just a player and it was all just a game. And when he comes running back begging for her to forgive him she isn't going to take him back. She knows that she is being a bit harsh but its what he deserved after treated her like that.

This reminds me of my ex boyfriend, Kevin. We were together for a month exactly. He liked me "every since he first saw me." Well that is what he said.
