The song is about the act of genocide or violent oppression of another nation. But tells it through the metaphor of an abusive boyfriend/spouse(the aggressive nation) dealing with the guilt of killing his partner(the victimized nation) via gunshot, and is now trapped in Sheol experiencing his own personal hell. Just like nations who were responsible for atrocious acts on others, have to own up to what they did.

Seeing as this song came out a couple of years after the start of the Iraq war, and many artists and musicians from other countries were making art and music that protested against the American government, my guess is that this was directed towards the US govt.

@KingVyrss These lyrics most certainly were not on the official website years ago, this is a mistranslation that a lot of people have been spreading around since 2011. Some of the words that Akira sings in both english and in japanese in many of the band's songs aren't even intelligible due to his unique vocal style. So listeners just made up those parts on their own. Jistu's translation is mostly correct actually.

"I found a master four nine" should actually be "I found a master for life"
