Trivia: the quote is from the Malleus Maleficarum, which is presumably also what "the witch hammer" refers to.

Assuming that him is in reference to Satan / the Devil etc. That is the witch (the main character in the song) will be safe or at least be able to extract vengeance as long as they remain loyal to Satan / the Devil.

That is stand by Him, no matter the trials and tribulations that befall her.
