yeah, it's great! their message truly resonates within each word of their lyrics. God, Mother Mercy.... the Holy Bible references are everywhere. Praise indeed!

I think this song is about passionate humans playing beautiful music with meanings and feelings about being lost and finding comfort in familiarity..

and yes, Jesus is great.

the phrasing is written oddly here. the expression 'god only knows' is common and doesn't necessarily point to religious themes... it sounds like a folk tale to me, maybe about a woman named 'may'. each to their own!
