Damien didn't write this song. It's on a compilation album called Canciones de cuna (Lullabies), exclusively released in Argentina. The songs on the album were written by kids aged 7-21. Damien did do a wonderful job with the music in this song though. It feels like a dream. Plus, it's nice to see that he is still working on some sort of music.
