I know of a similar story, and the girl did not know of his feelings and what he went through and when found out, was saddened, and still struggled to understand what was really behind it, as they did not know each other. I guess it is sometimes delicate to explain certain things in some places. It would have been better to discuss it between them and trust. This song brings reality to many!
