It seems that she betrayed him in a way he can't forgive and he is leaving her. but revenge seems to be the way to go...maybe or he is talking about his memory haunting her. He will forever he the best and worst thing that ever happened to her....I realize now I might not know what I am talking about.

i think this song is about someone's emotions controlling them. Like this person is going over everything about their feelings or:

I think it about depression and how it makes his life so gray. He pushes away all his friends, thinking he's not good enough, only making him sadder. sometimes he snaps into an angry rage, which only furthers the loss of friends. That's why he can't forgive himself. The knife is planted in his back suggests that its too late and that he cant go back. he's always leaving. but that's just what i think
