This is just another superficial song by a superficial artist. A guy (Enrique Iglesias) realises that it's cheaper to go to a nightclub (£25) than a brothel (£100) to pick up a cheap slutty girl so he does so.
This song is basically the sweet talk every guy gives to a girl when he wants to have a one night stand with them, but he is using plausible deniability to make her feel like he actually cares about her and will still be with her in the morning. Then eventually the song cuts to the chase with "Tonight I'm fucking you"

this is actually a sad song since he use to sing sweet songs and now he clearly was going after the young and brainless pop sound, lost all the respect i had for him. very sad song indeed
