Unsuccessful Supervillain

It was hard enough just thinking up a name
Now I'm bleeding and defeated in the city, in the rain
I can't win when you're around
What's the use of these elaborate plans
If they're gonna be foiled by a single man time and time again?
Sometimes I think about hanging it up, but then
There would be nobody making a fuss
And at the very least I could say I'm keeping it fun
