I love this song! This interpretation is simple... He sings about a girl (ex-girfriend) who broke his heart and made him get lost...He feels without direction as if he had lost his head! He felt alone, but he knew that when he got home, his mother would be by his side listening to him. When he says "Oh mama" it's like a little boy who needs comfort and care.. He wants to cry because he gave all his love to her, and he loved her more than he loved himself. Well, now he's trying not to cry because he saw her with another guy and now he knows she's overtaken the end of the relationship and after 4 years, he still has not got over it!
