Lullaby Lyrics

Close my eyes
Haven't slept in five days
I'll sleep when we're dead again

Close my eyes
Haven't slept in five days
I'll sleep when we're dead

Close my eyes
Haven't slept in five days
I'll sleep when we're dead again

Close my eyes
Haven't slept in five days
I'll sleep when we're dead

(I said no, I said I don't)
Close my eyes (Want to go)
Haven't slept in five days (Want to go)
We'll sleep when we're dead

(I said no, I said I don't)
Close my eyes (Want to go)
Haven't slept in five days (Want to go)
We'll sleep when we're dead again (Want to go)

(I said no, I said I don't)
Close my eyes (Want to go)
Haven't slept in five days (Want to go)
We'll sleep when we're dead (Want to go)
(Want to go)

Fantastic song, I'm astonished there aren't any comments on here yet. Lullaby is probably one of the most emotional songs I've listened to in a long while. The imperfections in the lead singer's voice when he begins to hit the higher and louder notes are what make this song near-perfect.

When I listen to this song I think of a problem I have/had where I just really didn't want to know the answer because I didn't like it. I can't sleep because it's constantly on my mind. When I first heard the song, I thought he was saying "I don't wanna know", but either way, I feel like it means I don't want to go deal with the problem or even acknowledge that there's a problem at all...
