Well, starts with Bon Iver song "woods"-very good by the way. Then Kanye's part is talking about someone who is his absolute everything. Gil-Scott Heron verse is a bit more complicated to me but here is my take on it...
"People don't even want to hear the preacher spill or spiel because God's whole card has been thoroughly piqued. " -first he is saying how everyone has turned their back on religion and resented god.

"We learned to our amazement untold tale of scandal." "America stripped for bed and we had not all yet closed our eyes" -Truth started coming out, and not everyone was prepared.

The way this song progresses is perfect. When the beat comes in for the first time, the verse, the 'Run from the lights, run from the night, run for your life' bit, when Gil Scott-Heron turns up. Amazing.

This part is actually saying that America was a bastard and illegitimate daughter of the mother country because Africa had to be raped-in the name of freedom-to build the American Empire. Countries all over the world are continuing to experience this, if you think about it.

The line "our open ended vagina" should be "our often-entered vagina". Makes a lot more sense for a vagina to be often-entered as opposed to open-ended :)
