(for sure, confirmed)

In the live version she also doesn't pronounce K in Awake so it sounds like she's saying "I don't stay away for you" but it's hard to tell

And also:

I can't afford YOU

it also fits better in the rest of the lyrics.... she pronounces it: I can't affor - d'you

You can hear it clearly in the live versions she says I can't afford YOU, the best one is at the end of Blast House live version, she repeats it with no sounds.

LOL...not one of you interpreted the song, and I have no clue what it means. Bummer :-(

I've been wondering myself, the song is so melancholic and beautiful... drifts you away. Hard to really interpret it without the exact lyrics which no1 seems to know, nowhere around the internet!

Sounds of someone that is losing grip of someone else, they know they are losing grip and they know what it takes to keep him\her, but they just can't afford it or unable to do it because of a reason that is external to them.

It could be about someone who's partner\family member has this horrible disease that costs a lot of money to treat\manage they can't afford, and they suffer a lot and want to let go, and it's killing the singer the feeling she doesn't have the money to keep up.... she is left alone, bored and tired.

It also could be about love obviously. One sided love it seems- the singer is inlove with someone who doesn't love her the same way (maybe it's a friend), probably a wealthy friend that's class is much higher, and they just come from difference places and she can't keep up with what it takes to live in the same lifestyle he does and so they can't connect.
