I love this song. And I can relate to it so much. She's saying that she can't believe she fell for his lies again. She went back to him even though she knew he was trouble, but he had a way of reeling her back in. When he says he misses her, he doesn't mean it. So she says back she misses him being gone, meaning that she's better off without him.
