When I listen to this song I instantly think of dieing on a hospital bed because of the resperator in the background, but thats just me..
@Agracefull
Probably right. Its called "Memorial" which is obvious. A memorial is a place or something to remember someone dead.
i dont think it has anything to do with curtis its just a song on its own, it fits in with the whole theme of the album nicely
"There is a Hell Believe Me I've Seen It. There Is a Heaven Lets Keep It a Secret" was made in 2010. Two years before Mitch Lucker's death. So this song has nothing to do with Mitch. But when I hear it, I instantly think about Mitch lucker, and I start crying. That's just my thoughts though..
When I listened to this song, I imagined waking up in a hospital, feeling life slipping away from your eyes. Or drowning out to sea, I have a weird mind.
I believe this song is directed towards Curtis. It comes right after blacklist, and I think it is about how they actually did care about him and they never wanted their friendship to end. I think it's remembering all the good times they had and how they can never come back. How times had to change and they (the other band members) never really wanted it to. Now, he is gone in their eyes and they have to move on.
man i'm gonna have to give myself a negative rating coz my username is horrid. anyone know if i can change it. it didn't fit and it bleeds into my message. :(
