From Long Sleep Lyrics

On a distant shore in the morning undertow, all the ships around awakening.
I have not forgotten; even more determined now.
I will wake you up from long sleep.

When I am king, I will send out my whole fleet.
No islands unturned, they will bring you home to me.

In the fabric of a very long enchantment, will you wake me up from long sleep?
You are my reflection in a world abandoned.
I will stitch back up our memory.

When I am queen, I will weave your tapestry on my distant shore, until you find your way to me.

This song is really beautiful...its a perfect song to listen to after a breakup when you still love the person dearly. the male in the song still loves the girl and hopes to one day find her and be with her. The girl, while she may have been the one to break it off in the first place, is coming to the realization that she might have made a mistake. Unfortunatley, i do not see these two actually finding eachother in the end.

that is my interpretation

To me, there is nothing in this song that hints at a break up. I think it's more about two people (most likely distant) singing to each other. Each of them knowing of the others existence, hoping to one day be united.
