Such a lovely song, too bad it's a B-side. Basically, he's been treating her wrong, she's finally realized what he's really like, and despite all of that she still wants to be with him. Or not...

I think this song is about being in a bad relationship, where she has been hurt and let down so many times. She is still in love with the guy, but is leaving him (even though it will break her heart) because she can't be with him and wait for him to change.
I think the line "I used to love you through rose-tinted eyes, I finally see through cracks in your disguise" means that the girl thought that he was good for her and wanted to believe that, but now she has seen who he really is. She can't pretend she doesn't know anymore.
"Came so near, We were almost right" maybe means that the relationship was nearly how it should have been in the beginning, but she realised it was all just make believe and nothing had really changed, so she decides to leave.
