Respect the structure
Songs have rhythm. Pages do too. Leave line breaks where they belong. Don’t smash things together or add extra empty space just for looks.

Correct typos? Yes. Re-punctuating a whole verse because it ‘looks better’? Probably not. Keep capitalization and punctuation close to the official source.

Edit lightly
If two lines are wrong… fix the two lines. No need to bulldoze the whole page. Think ‘surgical,’ not ‘remix.’

it might be referring to the Austin State Hospital, which is the oldest psychiatric hospital in Austin, Texas formerly known as the State Lunatic Asylum. it was built in 1857.
there is no interesting history (that I'm aware of) like ghost stories etc. but this video someone made to accompany it on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jxwMFVXQOo) adds a nice eerie touch. not as if the track wasn't eerie as it was.
