Hold My Heart

After listening to Sara on 'iTunes Live from Soho', Sara describes what this song means. She wrote this during her depression, and it's about the fear that you'll never find someone who truly understands you and all your 'facets'. The lyrics are just begging for someone to come along and give her vitality. It's a very heartbreaking song and is not about romance, despite what you might think!

Obviously about the end of a relationship. But I think she left him, but still loved him. He blames her, but she knows that it was mutual, she was just the one that pulled the trigger.

She ended up saying wrong things to this guy and he left her and she was being too honest and no she is hoping somebody could handle her now or to hold her heart basically.

I think this song is about her leaving someone she still loves, and trying to find someone to take care of her and love her in the way he didn't.(Looking for someone to "hold her heart".)

I think this song is about the relationship obviously ending. But I think something sparked it, and it left the narrator incapacitated in some way. And from that point, it was like the narrator unconsciously check out of the relationship and did things to make the other person want to leave.

Honestly, the song is about noticing the inevitable decay of a relationship, and wanting to find a way to stop it or least delay it.

She has been hurt in the past so she has called it off in past relationships before he has. And, after she has gone over and over that maybe she ended it too soon. She doesn't want to do that this time. But, the writing is on the wall and she knows he's thinking the same. She wants him to fight for her; for their relationship. She cries to the Universe, to God, to the Fates that she needs some help. Is it him or is there someone else out there for her.

The meaning is about the relationship is about to breaking up or to end.. I.The girl thought that she is going first to give up but the guy did. So she doesn't know of how herself stay on him; where in the contrary she maybe getting hurt eventually. II.Then she remembered about their past conversation where in the guy make a move of breaking up, but she against with his decision yet inside (her heart) she felt that there is something wrong between them, that is something change. CHo: So she has this question if there is anybody who can love her back. Cause she couldn't let go of him. I have this realization that its not everything about out of love but it also express the meaning of regrets.
