Love the slow groove of this song and the raw honesty in JJ's voice. (Of course, his voice is always like that.) Lyrics are not straightforward, in that I'm not sure if he is fussing and fighting with the girl, or with someone else and he dreams of being with his girl when that happens. A third option is that he's talking about the world at large when he says 'we', therefore he is complaining of the upheaval all around him, in general terms.

This could even be written from the perpsective of a soldier overseas, longing for his girl back home.

Either way, he just wants to be with her, and she is his sunshine.

Oh, the irony of your user name:) Condoms are your friends...and they sell them in jumbo packs (not the size, but volume). Interesting song; it's apparently a "beautiful world" after sex. Let her light shine 'cause this one is in hibernation (and will be saved for others).
