Twin Flames

I think this could be about Jamie and James. They have "twin flames in their hearts", they share the same energy, they're like soul mates or something. The giveaway was the "harmonise in time" line, cause you know, they do harmonise, they almost always sing an octave apart, James sings the lower and Jamie sings the falsetto upper octave, it's like the signature Klaxons sound.

OTOH, it could be about any two people who feel like they're soul mates. Friends, lovers, etc.
