what the song is saying to me is that we don't know who we are in the beginning. we all make mistakes in life(We must make a change an move on). we all finally learn who we are and in doing so we become stronger. realizing that the person reflecting isn't us anymore. once the change is made your no longer a stranger to yourself. it also says not to let anyone change you. we can throw whatever we want into the mix when were dealing with ourselves! this song is perfect!!!
