Well, I think this song is about a prostitute, the factory girl. The party is a place where she can find clients and when she says that she is "waitin' for my man on Hollywood and Vine, so fine Getting done in L.A. Sun, I'm on New York time" she means she is waiting for a client and then she'll have sex with him. She says also "I'll show you somethin' if you show me a good time", pretty obvious I guess. And by letting the guy in through the back door I understand that she might be offering anal sex, and she hesitates on the "wait a minute" parts.

The first verse is all about having sex for money but she might not be an old pro. She asks if someone can show her how to treat a John.
