To me it's about a relationship where the boyfriend has another girlfriend, but the narrator (Cassadee) wants the boy so badly and will do anything for him.
No you guys, it's about a girl that doesn't want to do anything else physical with a guy, but she can't help it because she's addicted to him. She doesn't know who she is anymore. Her heart wants one thing and her body wants another "my heart and zipper seem to disagree". She keeps sinking into it, and she feels guilty "Bet my old private school aint proud of me".
