D: thats awful! anywhoo. this song is amazing much like all of his songs... christopher drew gives you this sence that your not alone... at least to me. he has such a deep thought process... god its amazing. and this song... it reminds me of my relationship im in. i can relate so well... and thats all you can ask for in a song. <3 to ME.. this song talks about people being apart, but he loves her more than she will ever know! even though they are apart. hes still fathfull. he still loveds her. :D such a feel good song. such a hopefull song. such a song to listen to in your room in the dark and smile about when your sad over distance... this song makes me smile to no end... songs like this make the world not fall into the sun. How does this song have 0 comments? It's beautiful! When Christofer played this at a show I went to he said this is about him being on the road and missing his family. I love this song!

I saw Christofer perform this live and he said that this song is about him missing his family, which doesn't make sense since he says "like you babe". It is what he said though.
For me, this is about a long distance relationship, when they are very far from each other, "a world apart", but their love is strong enough for that to not matter. He experienced a lot of things, happiness, pain, fun, everything, but nothing feels like when he is with the loved one, is only there where he feels like home, which is the place where we feel the safest and most comfortable.
