this song is soo cutee (: i'm not exactly positive on the meaning but this is my interpretation: the boy is going through a rough spot, just got over a breakup perhaps. then this girl comes and is just amazing & gorgeous. he feels like she can help his broken heart go away. it seems like it's a summer love. the boy doesn't know what made him feel this for her so he blames it on the summer rain.
