It's about being crazy for someone that's a total pot head, you can't do anything without them because you feel incomplete, can't do anything with them because they're annoying (Want to hate you but then I kiss you / Want to kill you but then I'd miss you) All they want to do is smoke weed all day, every day, doing nothing but playing Xbox and watching Netflix. Still they make you crazy (especially when you're high and begin to over think), they're childish, you always fear they're cheating or doing something you should be worried about.
