Blue And Red Lyrics
Oh, satelite above
(Where are you?)
So many things I have to tell you of
(Please come back soon)
You went through an open door
Or a hole in the floor
You vanished and I can't see you anymore
Dreams never die when we sleep
Beneath the open sky in the deep
Shades overhead of blue and red
Is this the end?
Will you come back again?
I searched beyond the clouds
(Are you there?)
And I walked sadly onward through the crowds
(Alone somewhere?)
And I saw beyond the blur
To right where you were
And I beheld a sight so pure
Dreams never die when we sleep
Beneath the open sky in the deep
Shades overhead of blue and red
Is this the end?
Will you come back again?
(Where are you?)
So many things I have to tell you of
(Please come back soon)
You went through an open door
Or a hole in the floor
You vanished and I can't see you anymore
Beneath the open sky in the deep
Shades overhead of blue and red
Is this the end?
Will you come back again?
(Are you there?)
And I walked sadly onward through the crowds
(Alone somewhere?)
And I saw beyond the blur
To right where you were
And I beheld a sight so pure
Beneath the open sky in the deep
Shades overhead of blue and red
Is this the end?
Will you come back again?

I think what AdamYoungAddict said is completely possible. I've heard that one of Adam's girlfriends died in car crash or something like that. Perhaps this song was written for her. It would make sense in that he would still miss her and she would be gone, kind of what AdamYoungAddict said. This interpretation could also incorporate the title "Blue and Red" because ambulance lights are blue and red; if she indeed died in some sort of car crash this imagery would apply. However, I am not sure how reliable my sources are on the girlfriend dying thing. It could be off base.

This sounds like the kind of poem I would write. I guess his style's influenced mine.
I think it's about someone who is left by his girlfriend without any reason, they never communicate again but he still hoping that she will come back to him, and in fact he still loves the girl...
Yeah! I agree. Plus it seems he couldn't accept her death, so he imply all this be a dream. Hopeing he would see her again. Sad song:-(
I dont know what the meaning of this song is but somehow it's sad, happy, and hopeful all at the same time
Oh satellite above (Where are you?) So many things I have to tell you of (Please come back soon) You went through an open door Or a hole in the floor You vanished and I can't see you anymore
The "satellite" is the sun which represents someone who is gone.
Dreams never die When we sleep Leave the open sky And the deep Shades over head Of blue and red Is this the end? Will you come back again?
When their is a sunset, what colors are many times seen? Blue and red! Although the sun sets every evening (or people leave), dreams don't die. Even if someone is dead or gone for a while you can still dream about them.
I searched beyond the clouds (Are you there?) I walked sadly onward through the crowds (Alone somewhere) I saw beyond the blur To right where you were And I beheld the sight so pure
He searches through the clouds for the sun (the person who has left). Eventually the sun rises and he sees them again.
This isn't a very good interpretation, just my analysis of it.
