Its about this boy who is crazy for this girl and when hes with her to him its always like a summer holiday meaning happy and free..so he just cant get enough of her("and I cant wait to let you in") shes his second relationship and hopes it can last and turn out great not like his previous one("dont let me wrek myself again") so yeah I love this song my favorite!!
