with the meaning, i think she's being unfaithful, or she's with a man whos treating her in a very hot and cold manner so maybe she is indecisive about whether she wants to leave him or not. perhaps the devil and angel she is refering to is one person in the same, but the devil being the bad side of him, and the angel being the good side of him.
