I think this song is the story of guy going crazy for a wild girl, but she doesn't really want a relationship. She puts the guy through all the hoops of being his boyfriend but he never gets the title. Later he realizes she never cared for him and he feels like an idiot for not seeing it. It only takes 2 eyes 2 c that she didn't love him AMIRITE
Also I believe that it's "take the next train to venus" not her leg train.
