I feel this song is about having the feeling of, "Damn, I have everything I could ever want and need in life, but without you none of it matters." Most of us have been there; we've had such strong feelings for someone and wanted them in our lives. In addition to this desire, we have more things than most people could ask for.. a boat, a loving family, beautiful memories. However, we feel that none of it is important and is meaningless without that person to share it with.
