i believe this is about S&M.
this song was written in a time, when S&M still was not quite accepted. when you were submissive, you were considered to be stupid. what woman would WANT to be sumissive, when all those older generation of women has FOUGHT so hard for equality?
if you were dominant, and a woman, you must most likely be a bitch or a witch. if you were dominant, and a man, you were a sick basterd. a sadist.
