This was one of Death's earliest songs from when they were called Mantas and a little after that [very early days of Death]. It has had quite influence on death metal and gore metal, along with the other songs on the Mantas/Death demos. George Fisher nicknamed himself after this song and Massacre made a great cover of it on From Beyond. Anyway, it's obviously about necrophilia.
